Ingredients:
Raw rice flour - ½ kg
Jagerry - ½ kg
Milk - 3 litres
Ghee - 1 kg
Method:
1. Grate jagerry nicely and mix with milk and boil in slim heat.
2. Stir continuously till jagerry immersed fully in milk.
3. Then add rice flour little by little and stir simultaneously.
4. When it gets thickened ads ghee and stir well till all mixes well
In slim heat and take out.
5. spread the above on a plate in which a spoon of ghee is already
Spread on the bottom.
6. Cut into pieces when it is warm
