Wheat Orotti

This healthy and easy wheat Orotti is made with few ingredients. Do try it for your breakfast and dinner

Ingredients
  • Periyar Rice Atta - 2 cups
  • Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
  • green chillies - 2 tsp
  • grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  • curry leaves chopped - 1 tsp
  • salt as needed
  • ghee as needed
Method

-Mix Peryar Atta powder, onion, green chillies, grated coconut, curry leaves and salt to make a loose dough (slightly thinner than chapathi dough, but not like dosa batter) by adding water.
-Heat tawa and smear some ghee.
-Take some dough in your hands and press on to the tawa and shape them.
-Fry on both sides. Serve hot with curries, chutneys or pickles.
